سياسة الشحن

الدفع عند الاستلام نقداً لمندوب الشحن.
يرجى التأكد من توفر المبلغ وقت الاستلام. في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بعد تأكيده، نحتفظ بالحق في تحصيل قيمة الشحن قبل قبول أي طلب جديد.

يحق لك طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون الزجاجة مغلقة وغير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية مع العبوة.
في حالة طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن (استلام المنتج وإعادة توصيله)، ويتم خصمها من المبلغ المسترد.
المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لا يمكن استرجاعها، إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو تلف أثناء الشحن. في هذه الحالة نتحمل نحن تكلفة الشحن بالكامل ويتم الاستبدال مجاناً.
يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، بعد خصم تكلفة الشحن.

Cash on delivery. Please have the amount ready when the courier arrives.
If a confirmed order is refused at delivery, we reserve the right to collect the shipping cost before accepting a new order.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle is sealed, unused and in its original packaging.
For returns and exchanges, shipping costs are paid by the customer (pickup and redelivery) and are deducted from the refund.
Opened or used products cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects or damage in transit. In that case we cover all shipping and replace the product free of charge.
Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, minus shipping.
