Free shipping on every order, to all Egypt governorates. Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days. Other governorates: 7–10 working days. You pay cash on delivery when the courier arrives.

How long does one bottle last?
Each 150ML bottle lasts around 8–10 weeks with weekly reed flipping — two months of a home that smells like a five-star hotel lobby.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Yes — no flame and no heat, unlike candles. Just keep the bottle out of reach so it doesn't tip over, like any fragrance product.
What if I don't like the scent?
You have 14 days to return or exchange any unopened bottle. Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund. Contact us and we'll arrange the pickup. Full policy.
